This site is for the submission of appraisal order requests from Prospect Mortgage to C2C Appraisal Services, LLC.
ALL APPRAISAL REQUESTS MUST HAVE:
1. A VALID LOAN NUMBER
2. A SIGNED CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION ON THE PROPER FORM WITH THE CORRECT FEE UPLOADED WITH THE REQUEST - DO NOT USE THE DIRECT FAX OPTION- ONLY PDF UPLOADS ARE ACCEPTABLE
3. FHA APPRAISALS MAY NO LONGER BE SENT TO A SPECIFIC APPRAISER - ALL FHA APPRAISALS REQUIRE HVCC COMPLIANCE.
4. SALES TRANSACTIONS REQUIRE A COPY OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT - DO NOT USE THE DIRECT FAX OPTION - ONLY PDF UPLOADS ARE ACCEPTABLE.
ORDERS MISSING THIS INFORMATION ARE NOT PROCESSED. THESE ORDERS ARE CANCELLED, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THE MISSING INFORMATION AND THEY WILL NEED TO BE REORDERED WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION.
Loan production staff use of this site is for appraisal request submissions in accordance with the HVCC compliant ordering policies instituted by Prospect Mortgage, LLC.

Submission of appraisal order request
Submission of borrowers credit authorization.
Confirmation of request received
Ability to upload a copy of the purchase contract
Retrieval of the completed appraisal
Communication with the appraisal order desk

THE VA APPRAISAL IS FOR THE COLLECTION OF THE APPRAISAL FEE ONLY. THE ACTUAL APPRAISAL IS ORDERED THRU THE VA PORTAL BY THE PROCESSOR. oNCE THE VA APPRAISAL FEE IS KNOWN, SUBMIT A CC AUTH TO THE SYSTEM SO THHAT THE CORRECT FEE CAN BE COLLECTED.
